After a major disruption that affects work and life, getting back to the office requires an intentional strategy to assure employees feel they are safe and can remain healthy in their environment. This is compounded by a new Generation joining the workforce bringing many different expectations, abilities and characteristics. We will explore how to re-imagine the workplace to create a thriving, holistic environment and how it supports a Thriving Future Workplace. We will explore the future around reimaging the workplace in phases.
But instead of dates and times (and conversation of pre-pandemic vs post-pandemic) that some have spoken about, at Knoll, we like to think about these waves in terms of outlooks. Each of the below areas will be explored further through the below elements:
- Arriving
- Surviving
- Thriving
We have a constant curiosity about what’s next and will share the ideas from our Workplace Research team in what makes us a Thriving Holistic Workplace that supports the whole person.
